La ubicación del apartamento dentro del casco de Villajoyosa es ideal para poder disfrutar de la vida de pueblo, de la tranquilidad y de los preciosos colores de la Villa. El apartamento es amplio, la calle tranquila, con un balcón a una placita. La ducha doble del apartamento es un plus. Sí cabe señalar que al estar en el primer piso y por el tipo de construcción del pueblo, las escaleras son algo empinadas, sin problema si no se tiene dificultades de movilidad, pero es importante saberlo para quien las tenga. Muy recomendable.
