"AC from my room did not work. After 3 complaints they changed my room however the other room had the same problem. Definitely would not come back to this hotel despite the great attitude from the staff."

"The staff at check-in was great. The room itself was good. But there was no toilet paper and no washcloth provided in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was very Mexican, not a tourist place per se, which is part of what I liked about. The pool on the roof was awesome, especially at sunset. The restaurant in the hotel was quite decent. One thing I really liked was I could walk to La Venta the Olmec archaeological park, only ten minutes away."

"The whole hotel is old. 1 light in the whole bedroom area. There is no real dining room or bar...just a large cafeteria. Staff were ok."
