"Paid for room then when got there they said they didnt have my room. Had to find a room somewhere else for 6 ppl!"

"On evening one the toilet never emptied. I told front desk the next morning and when I came back there was a stinch of the previous evening's usage. So, that meant no one came to fit it. I called to the front desk and there was no answer."

"Very nice rooms, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast was a all inclusive delicious buffet, as was the complementary cocktail hour in the evening which included a drink card for each of us and a snack buffet that turned into being our dinner. The property is lovely, uncomfortable, and incredible value with the complementary drinks, and the evening and breakfast buffet. We traveled with a Pet, no extra charge!!!!"

"My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. There was also a constant burning smell every time we stepped into the elevator, which felt unsafe and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, or professional environment. Management seriously needs improvement, along with better maintenance and cleanliness.”"
