"We have stayed here many times for gymnastics, just love it. The only issue I have ever had was this time at check in, when I book I normally choose the outside lake view lodging but Robert was not having it. When I asked he was very condescending about it. It was a busy check in and he was training a new person and maybe he was just over it, but I've never had someone act like that here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Either way it was a nice stay like normal."
