- La Casa Rural de Benjamín Palencia fue la residencia del pintor Benjamín Palencia y hoy es una amplia casa rural rehabilitada y acondicionada para el descanso. Está aislada en pleno campo, a las afueras de Villafranca de la Sierra (Ávila), con vistas espectaculares a distintos parajes del Valle del Corneja, ideal para desconectar en familia o con amigos. La casa está fuera del casco urbano, por lo que es recomendable llegar en coche.
La casa tiene más de 300 m² distribuidos en dos plantas, dentro de una parcela de unos 2.500 m² con jardín, terraza y barbacoa. Capacidad para 10 personas.
Planta baja: salón con chimenea y TV, zona de comedor, cocina equipada con lavavajillas, dos dormitorios de matrimonio con baño y un aseo independiente.
Planta alta: tres dormitorios, entre ellos una suite de más de 40 m² con baño con bañera de hidromasaje.
En total, 5 dormitorios (3 con cama doble y 2 con dos camas individuales) y 6 baños. Dispone de calefacción, lavadora, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas, y aparcamiento privado gratuito en la propiedad. También cuenta con vistas a la montaña desde la finca.
El entorno es perfecto para el senderismo y las rutas a caballo por la Sierra de Gredos y el Valle del Corneja. El pueblo de Villafranca de la Sierra está muy cerca y Piedrahita, a pocos kilómetros.
Normas: no se admiten mascotas, no se puede fumar. No se permiten eventos en la propiedad. Entrada de 14:00 a 22:00 y salida hasta las 12:00; se ruega comunicar con antelación la hora prevista de llegada. No hay cunas ni camas supletorias.
