"Lovely Staff, unique design and atmosphere, beautiful clean rooms, and a fantastic restaurant! II wish the rooms had mini fridges but we just used the balcony since it was winter. And I do wish they would have provided conditioner. But many hotels don't. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed the hot tub and steamer were broken and there is a 10euro charge to use the sauna in the basement with a terrible smell. You have to tell desk an hour before you want to use it. The blow dryer in room was broken as well. I also thought the ease of getting in and out of the building was difficult with luggage in the snow. so many stairs inside and outside building-which was not advertised. "

"Travelled with wife and two daughters. I booked two better rooms of the same type for 3 nights. They gave one room on the second floor, but the other room in the basement. The basement room was dark, and had a partial window with the view of the tailpipe of parked cars. I took a bath, and the staff came up because they said the steam caused a fire alarm. I was not allowed to take baths. I would not stay there again."
