"Staff very welcoming and friendly. However no hot water in room. Had to ask to get it sorted. Mattress very hard, difficult to sleep on. I also asked for a DND sign as none in room. Was told it would be delivered to room/ placed on door. Did not happen and so, I was awaken by housekeeper trying to get in. Very small shower cubicle. Overall a tired, dated look unsuitable for its purpose in the XXI century. The pluses its location and very friendly staff "

"We had an amazing stay here. If you’re staying in Pescara I can’t recommend a better place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are newly refurbished with a nice bathroom and balcony. Luca was a great host and we will definitely be back"

"The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together??? This gentleman just didn’t not care and was extremely unfriendly. Otherwise the hotel was okay. "
