Habíamos pagado una noche con desayuno, pero cuando fuimos a desayunar, nos dijieron que no estaba incluido.
Quisimos pagar el desayuno en el momento, pero dijieron que no, porque el hotel estaba lleno
Y por otro lado, la caldera estaba rota, por lo que la pileta estaba fría. Nos ofrecieron usar la pileta del otro hotel, pero teníamos que ir con auto y era muy engorroso.

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening.
Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around.
Our misfortune was that our checkin was December 24 and most services (F&B, Spa) were...

The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. The delightful view and the in-room hot tub/bath tub are a perfect touch after a long day exploring the mountain town. "
