Excelente elección. Increible el personal

Nunca pude hospedarme por la reserva de 6 dias que hice atraves de hoteles. Llegue y no habia reservacion. Por suerte en la posada tenian las primeras 3 noches con disponibilidad, nos hicieron un precio especial y nos quedamos 3 dias arreglando directamente con ellos. Contacte con Hoteles y me informaron el error ocurrido y nos ofrecieron un monto en credito en mi cuenta pero nunca lo he visto ni me respondieron ningun mail informandome como puedo usar ese credito para otra reserva. Sigo esperando me contacten Uds de Hoteles.
