Deben mejorar el servicio para huéspedes

Es un hotel muy bonito, solo en la habitación había mucho olor a humedad por el baño y para hacer uso del sauna hay que hacer reservación y se puede usar solo una vez al día, aunque este vacío el hotel y pienso que si no hay más personas en el hotel ya sea si solo pagan el Day pass u hospedados deberían de dejar que uno lo pueda utilizar más tiempo, pero no lo permiten. También llegan muchas personas que pagan Day pass y consumen mucho alcohol y se pone incomodo el ambiente para uno que esta hospedado allí, por último, el restaurante lo cierran a las 9 pm y la ultima hora para llegar a cenar es a las 8:30 porque si no ya no atienden. Creo que deben de pensar más en los huéspedes en que al estar en el hotel no hay mayor cosa que hacer y luego de las 8:30 pm no hay comida y además ponen en la habitación una bolsita de café y si se usa cobran Q. 30 quetzales diarios por consumir el café en la habitación. El hotel es bonito, pero considero que es para hospedarse solo por una noche.

The massage was amazing, but you can only use the amanities for 2.5 hrs even if you have a room for some nights, also the pool was really cold, so no one really used it.

These Hotel was beyond my expectations, excellent, with a complete full SPA jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna very professional personal and very polite the hotel is in top of beautiful View of a lake and a city . For me has 5 stars razonable price .

A pesar de ser un lugar ecológico y agradable con el ambiente, el agua caliente de la habitación debería funcionar con electricidad, debido a que funciona con panel solar y por el frío del lugar nunca hay agua caliente.

Solamente se les paso por alto que hice la reservación para la cena desde 1 mes antes y cuando llegue al Restaurante no tenían ningún dato de mi solicitud. Good Spa

Stayed there during high season. The rooms were great, pool was nice, sauna was great. But jacuzzi was horrible, the water really smelled like sweat, but it was understandable, because it was hot water and it was working non stop and it was never empty, so it became like a concentrated human stew. Other than that, it was good.

More of an adult only hotel

We went for a family vacation to Guatemala we had activities to do the first couple of days, our plan was to relax with the kids the last 4 days.. We were then made aware that the kids are not allowed in the spa which is normal for every hotel we have been to but what they don't tell you is that the pools are inside the spa. The rooms are beautiful but are not very functional, no refrigerator, no place to put your clothes away. It is a beautiful hotel maybe for a overnight hotel and definetely do not bring your children. It would be better if the advertise it as a Adult only hotel.

Amazing view; hotel and spa facilities

This hotel was amazing; they offer quite a variety of spa services; the pool are is comfortable and relaxing. The bungalows are independent from each other; and since its located in the mountain this provides a very relaxing setting with a great view. One thing I didnt like is that restaurant service from monday to wednesday is limited at night; they close it at 7pm and they charge a fee for bringing food from outaide the hotel...
