Language barrier made it difficult to communicate. All the bars also aren’t apart of the all inclusive which was frustrating. We did some tours through the hotel (atv and jetski), they were decent. The property was beautiful and clean, 10/10 other than the power going out randomly for a couple minutes at a time. The spa was amazing, Rosanna, Bernabella, and Gloria were very hospitable. I do think the pedicure was overpriced but the signature romance experience was 1000/10. highly recommend if you’re going with your partner. The restaurants were good but definitely recommend making an early reservation if possible. we made reservations at 9 and 930 for the restaurants and they were out of things we wanted to order.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

Everything was going well until my daughter became sick after breakfast one day. She experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. I was instructed to take her to a clinic at the property, which required an out-of-pocket payment, and I also had to purchase medication, which was very expensive. Two days later, I became sick as well. Despite this experience, I really enjoyed the activities offered at the property. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the beach, which could have been better maintained.
