The all inclusive resort isn’t really all inclusive. The bars don’t open until 6m and the staff barely speaks English. The pool bars are cool those open at 10am. Also you have to make reservations for restaurants at 7am or you’ll be forced to go to the buffet or the other restaurant that’s on the resort that you have to pay for. So check in is at 3 so the restaurants won’t be available for reservations when you land. And about that restaurant, they didn’t have anything I wanted to order in the menu. No king crab , no lobster, no scampi. And 1 drink is 45 dollars. The front desk doesn’t answer the phones, the balcony light stays on all night. I do however loved the beach and the pools were clean. Everything was going well until my daughter became sick after breakfast one day. She experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. I was instructed to take her to a clinic at the property, which required an out-of-pocket payment, and I also had to purchase medication, which was very expensive. Two days later, I became sick as well. Despite this experience, I really enjoyed the activities offered at the property. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the beach, which could have been better maintained.
