  • The Grove is the most tucked-away home in the Blue Morning collection — a modern A-frame with a quieter rhythm, wooded surroundings, and a layout that works beautifully for families, couples with kids, and guests who want a more private mountain stay.

    Inside, the home centers around a bright great room, a hanging woodburning fireplace, comfortable gathering space, and an upstairs reading nook made for books, coffee, games, and long unhurried mornings.

    The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two king sleeping spaces and an upstairs four-twin room that works especially well for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together. Shared spaces include a full kitchen, dining area, smart TVs, YouTube TV, high-speed WiFi, laundry, linens, towels, and family-friendly essentials.

    Outside, the private deck, in-deck hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, and forest setting make The Grove feel restorative without feeling remote — close to Boone, Valle Crucis, skiing, hikes, restaurants, shops, and High Country day trips.

Perfect Family Getaway

The home is clean, very well appointed and our Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Boone and Blowing Rock are very close.

wonderful stay

we spent a long weekend in one of the Aframes on this property. It was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. THe outdoor hot tub was wonderful- used it 2-3 x day for the entire stay. Isolated but reasonably close to Boone - and Banner Elk. On our list to return this fall . HIGHLY recommend

Wonderful every time!

We love these A frames nestled in the woods! We've stayed in 2 out of 3 of them and we have been pleased every time. It is always clean, the listen is well stocked with utensils, and the playrooms are perfect for kiddos. It's nice that they are also pretty friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend any one of the cabins. We've made it an annual trip now!

Meticulous and tranquil stay

Brian and Jenifer are excellent hosts and provide a beautiful tranquil experience in their meticulously stocked and decorated A-frame. Our entire family had a wonderful time cozying up by the unique fireplace, playing multiple games provided, and walking around the beautiful property. Our toddler loved climbing up and reading bedtime stories in the loft area. Instructions and communication was top notch. The concencus from the entire family was that we would love to return and stay longer.

Perfect secluded mountain home for our 40th wedding anniversary

Property was as advertised. Brian was a great host and provided a lot of good local suggestions and kept in contact as needed. Very secluded and beautiful home. Very clean. Hot tub was fantastic for the cooler evenings. Huge show was a very nice plus. Close enough to town, but far enough away as well. Plenty of amenities for staying in as well. Enjoyed our stay very much.
