This is a luxury hotel and conference venue. The walk across the street to the beach (private and secured area for guests) makes it very comfortable and enjoyable. Food was very good, although the sushi bar was just okay.

The hotel was fine. A few places to eat right on the same block. Train station one block away, and the Train system was pretty easy to navigate. The area isn’t as sketchy as it looks from google street view. A few homeless around.
