The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. This accommodation offers a private south-facing balcony and a west-facing enclosed veranda, perfect for relaxing moments. The property is located 250 metres from the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and there is a tennis court about 15 minutes' walk away.



There is no private parking. Public parking is free from September to June and available for an extra fee from June to September.
