"The apartment is huge overall, and the small laundry area is a nice option. The balcony is nice to sit on in the morning. The complex is very quiet, and garage parking is great. If you're walking, it's about a 30 minute walk to the other side of the bridge in downtown old Porto, and then a lot of sites are walkable from there. You'll get a lot of steps in, but it's doable. Loved how quiet and comfortable the apartment was to come back to. It felt like coming home. Would definitely stay...

"We were not offered any help with our bags… when we ordered a bottle of wine from room service we were told to go to the bar or wait an hour. We had no towels after a housekeeping visit - asked for them and had to call again after over a hour wait. When they did come the housekeeping person walked right into our room without knocking!!! "

"Our room was clean & quiet. The breakfast was good, though there were no free tables on our first morning - a party of 40 french tourists all wanted to eat at the same time so very busy & very noisy. They all left around the same time so the restaurant became much quieter. On our second day the environment was much more relaxed, quieter & much easy to find an unoccupied table."
