Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Bel appartement qui pourrait avoir un très grand potentiel. Il est bien situé. Il y a une odeur des eaux usées qui dérange et l'eau du lavabo de la cuisine prend beaucoup de temps à s'évacuer. Rénovations mineures à prendre en charge. Le problème de lavabo pourrait être résolu en 5 minutes.
