"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. "Dated hotel used mostly by travel groups. Very limited English speaking staff which is really not acceptable considering they are a four star hotel and charge those prices. Rooms are old but cmfortable"

Clean, Good staffs and essentail amneties. 2 Suggestion (i) improve cleanlines of the outdoor (front entrance and side entrance, side road) (ii) offer a clean and decent driver accomodations with essentail faiclities for accompaning drivers. Most of tourists hire a car & driver for couple of days or weeks when toruing India. A good and clean driver accomodation could be selling/inflence point for more bookings/considerations. "

"Panism was amazing! The rooms were comfortable with tons of space - some of them had balconies, all had AC. There was a pool (I did not use), and a workout room as well as multiple terraces, including the kitchen where they served breakfast (included) and lunch/dinner if requested in advance. The staff was wonderful and we became friends over the course of my stay. They even helped me out of a small accident. They also rent bicycles/scooters/e-bikes.
