Welcome to this cottage situated in an orchard. Here you live in a quiet place, close to the fjord with good swimming and fishing opportunities. In this area there is a beautiful natural landscape with fantastic hiking terrain in summer and winter. The village, like many fjord villages in Norway, is surrounded on three sides by high mountains. Visit the village of Vangsnes with the Fridtjov statue, whose construction was once sponsored by Kaiser Wilhelm II. Not far from the cottage you will find the famous Nærøyfjord (UNESCO) and the popular Flåms Railway, located at the Lærdalstunnel, the longest road tunnel in the world (24.5 km).

Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

A cozy little house
Even if the furniture is quite old, it is clean and totally adequate. It has a very cozy charme. The village is quite quiet and the loudest noise was that of the water stream not far from the house. The only thing that was interesting to put it mildly was the smell coming from the bathroom. One of the water drains was smelly, but you can manage by keeping the window open. All in all it is a cozy little place and we would visit again.
