Casa Loco is surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped with a barbecue and several outdoor furniture pieces. The spacious porch in front of the living area is ideal for spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Sleeping accommodation: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, double sofa bed in the living room.
Location: the property is situated in a residential area, about 3 km from the center of Verbania, in a very sunny and peaceful hillside position. A pedestrian path at the edge of the residential area leads, with a pleasant walk, to the locality of San Martino (about 500 m away), where there are a couple of tennis courts and two restaurants. An excellent starting point for hiking excursions in the cool forests of the Verbania hills and in the Val Grande National Park.
