"The location is quiet. The main road is around 100 meters far, which makes the sound from the road to be low. The surrounding area is nice, with forest all around. The self check-in with the key box is nice and allows the guests to get to the room as soon as they arrive. The family room is large and can accommodate easily 2 adults and 1-2 kids. "The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of train. The room is no frills but as the wall said, it's everything you need. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows per adult. The bathroom is very small but doable. My husband and adult son didn't mind the wet shower, I elected to use the gym shower. I think it's fabulous there is an alternative if you want a normal shower. There's quite a few "gathering area" which are very nice and comfortable. There's a theatre room we didn't use but would have if we stayed longer. Also wonderful to have onsite luggage storage and shared laundry facilities were great because you could do more than one load at a time. Only con, a few more hooks in the main suite & bathroom would have been helpful given tight quarters. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Our stay at CityHub was excellent from beginning to end. The entire concept of the hotel is modern, practical, and very well designed, especially for travelers looking for comfort, a great location, and a unique experience in Copenhagen. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. The hubs were comfortable, quiet, and surprisingly spacious, making it very easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The shared bathrooms were always extremely clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The staff was another highlight. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed, modern, and very inviting. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and surrounded by great areas to walk around, eat, and enjoy the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen. Truly a great experience all around."

"Overall, good experience. Great location and metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient for both airport and city centre. - Check-in/Out - Process was smooth, - Rooms - Were clean and well maintained. - Breakfast - Excellent buffet spread - Cleaning - Was a bit of let down. Was asked at check-in if we require room cleaning for everyday of the stay, which we confirmed we require. However, room was cleaned on Day 1 and when checked with reception, they said there was no records of our request and that we should have been informed to request cleaning with reception everyday of the stay. But, upon insisting it was confirmed at start - they did make up the room next day. - Early Breakfast - Had an early morning flight to catch, so checked with reception prior day around 9 pm if we can get some packed to-go breakfast, which they confirmed cannot be accommodated and we should have requested before 8pm (again something was not made aware of in advance) - Lack of any mini bar or even a bottle of water in the room. All need to be purchased at reception. Basic couple of water bottles could be expected especially for 4 start hotel. Overall, good location and comfy rooms was all that mattered for us short stay, so we are fine with it"
