Felicidad!
This is an old hotel (1912) next to a 15th century Spanish town, preserved. Perfect location, very pleasant staff. Deserves its name!

We had to pay an extra 1700 pesos for an upgrade I wasn’t aware of. Rooms was prepaid through Expedia . I wish it was explained thoroughly that we were upgraded for a charge.

The facility is very clean. Unfortunately, when I entered our room, I always check the bathroom first to see how clean the shower head and the floor is and voila! I saw 2 dead "ipises" cockroaches. The facility is very old but it seems that the place has been repainted and cleaned, no holes anywhere and so who is to say where it came from. The staff were very quick in responding to all our requests. They are friendly and courteous.

Breakfast choices are good however the quantity and quality needs to be improved. For instance, some vegetables and fruits for a more balanced meal. Otherwise, breakfast outside the hotel elsewhere is a good alternative.

Hotel Felicidad does make you fell happy!
We really enjoyed our time in Vigan & loved the Hotel Felicidad! It is a gorgeous older mansion from 1912 with period furnishings & vibe. Great service too! This location is within easy walking distance to everything in the old town but quieter than other hotels.

Lovely, atmospheric hotel. Excellent facilities. Close to all the main places of interest in Vigan. We’d definitely stay there again and wished we could’ve stayed a day or two more.

I love every moment of our stay in Hotel Felicidad. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with amazing service. The staff are so polite, hospitable, and friendly. The interior and feels of the hotel are beautiful. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with basic necessities. My only concern is power outlets are not that accessible. You have to reach at the back of the furniture to plug my phone charger. The hotel is just a stone throw away from Calle Crisologo and a short walk to go to other establishments. They have huge parking so that's a plus. Overall, the hotel and our stay was awesome. A very sophisticated experience.

Pleasant Stay in Vigan
It was a pleasant stay overall. The proximity to Calle Crisologo is perfect. Loved the complimentary macapuno candy, and the unli coffee and tea in the afternoon. Only one notable unpleasant experience about the breakfast buffet - food’s out in about 40minutes after it opened and it took a long time before it got replenished. This is something important for me during a holiday stay, so I definitely took note of it. The longganisa is excellent, though 😊

Enjoyable and comfortable stay
Our well traveled family of six adults all enjoyed our comfortable stay. We've traveled to many countries and stayed in many different hotels, and we were very surprised by the reception we received, especially as we arrived very late - close to midnight. We were very tired from traveling all day, and it was such a joy to be greeted with smiles! While checking in, we were offered with refreshing drinks. The decor of the lobby, common area and rooms were beautiful - they captivated the Spanish style era. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious, and each room was decorated differently. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast which was included in the room rate was delicious with a variety of selection. The staff were very courteous and helpful all around. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to friends. The area is conveniently located in the heart of Calle Crisologo and easy walking distance to most of the nearby attraction.

Nice hotel. However, they clearly have a hygiene issue. The towels are are old to the point that they are not whit anymore and after a single use they will smell like they haven't been washed in weeks. Also at some point, small worms started appearing the in the bathroom

Very clean and friendly staff. The location is also perfect for tourists as it is very close to the Crisologo Street where all souvenir shops are at and easy to find. It’s also close to the empanada restaurant.

It is located at the heart of the city. Staff were very attentive, friendly, polite and accomodating. Hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfy. Very easy check in. Manager on duty she is very helpful . They offer you a welcome drink upon check in. If there is one thing that needs improvement is there breakfast. Very limited food options. Otherwise it was a great experience. Surely will recommend this hotel and stay here again.
