Discover the charm and tranquility of Guadeloupe by staying at the PomKajou lodge, nestled in the heart of a heavenly setting. It is located near beaches, hiking trails and historical sites.

Features of the cottage:

A spacious and comfortable room, air-conditioned at night, equipped with a 160x200 four-poster bed, ideal for 2 adults looking to relax.

A living room open to the sea with a bar tray to enjoy good times facing a breathtaking panorama. It has a sofa convertible into 2 beds of 90x200 ideal for 2 children.

A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals using local produce freshly purchased from the surrounding markets and enjoying al fresco dinners on the covered terrace.

A modern and functional bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering all the comfort needed after a day of exploring the island.

Pool access: Véronique and Michael welcome you to their terrace to enjoy sunny afternoons. Refresh and relax while enjoying the panoramic view and breathtaking sunsets. The pool is inaccessible on Sundays.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided and changed weekly.

Breakfasts every morning by reservation 24 hours in advance except Sundays and public holidays.

All the must-see sites of Guadeloupe are less than 1h30 from Racines é Zel:

In less than 15 minutes you can start exploring the Guadeloupe National Park known for its Soufrière volcano, its hikes and its countless waterfalls.

Racines é Zel favorite: 10 minutes away, Grande Anse beach and its black sands will awaken the Robinson Crusoe in you.

Thanks to privileged access to the Trois-Rivières Marina, in less than 15 minutes you will sail to the Saintes archipelago. One of the most beautiful bays in the world, heavenly beaches bathed in turquoise waters and a strong cultural history will make you spend an idyllic day. Don't forget to taste the torments of love.

The magnificent Carbet Falls will amaze you throughout a 2-4 hour hike. You will leave from the Capesterre-Belle Eau car park located 35 minutes from Racînes é Zel.

Following the magnificent leeward coast, it will take you 1 hour to reach the sumptuous beaches of Deshaies and visit the magnificent botanical gardens there.

Bouillante will welcome you in its warm waters. Its gracious hosts the turtles will guide you in the visit of the Cousteau reserve and its rich and unique seabed. Snorkeling or diving, the choice is yours.

In 1h30, you will completely change the atmosphere and join the lagoon of Saint-Anne and its heavenly beaches. In the same excursion you can go to the tip of the castles in Saint-François to learn about the forces of nature and enjoy the magnificent spectacle of the meeting between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.

On site, the Old Fort lighthouse and the Coastal Path promise hikes along the coast offering spectacular views and the opportunity to discover the local flora and fauna at sunset.

Racines é Zel favorite: 10 minutes away, the Bologne Distillery in Basse-Terre, to learn more about rum production and taste local products.

These activities offer a mix of adventure, relaxation and cultural discovery, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the beauty and diversity of Guadeloupe.
