"The room was just like a regular hotel room. Nothing fancy, but I did enjoy the veranda. Overall, it was fine for the price. The hotel was older and you can tell. It’s starting to show its age in some areas but still for the price, I thought you couldn’t beat it. It was nice and relaxing, and the staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating! The shuttle taking you to the beach was nice in that particular beach was one of the nicer ones. I actually liked it just as well as the beach at Rodney Bay that we had to spend $30 one way for a cab ride. The food was about what I expected. It’s resort type food. I thought it was good but it’s not five star dining again, the price point paid reflected everything that I expected. Overall, I was very satisfied and I would stay there again."
"Windjammer was an excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the property feels private and peaceful, which makes it perfect for both couples and families. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the huge breakfast spread, which was not only delicious but truly immaculate—such a great way to start each day. The hotel also offers plenty of water sports and activities, which kept things fun and exciting throughout my stay.
Overall, Windjammer combines stunning scenery, amazing service, and a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"Great experience overall. I was in town for the annual Red Tie Gala for the Botham Jean Foundation and this was one of two hotel options. The other was Bay Gardens' resort hotel which is about .75 miles away but on the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is lower-priced than the resort, but the staff runs an hourly shuttle to the resort if you want to go to the beach. The advantage of the hotel over the resort is that you're close to shopping with a large grocery store, a KFC and more dining options. My only complaint was that the shower was a "freeze or boil" type situation. It was hard to get the temperature just right. Great service, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast station with an omelet bar."
"Fabulous location. Nice upgrade room to sea view which was amazing. I went for the half board option supper value. The food and especially the breakfast is great and to top it the staff just couldn’t do enough for me especially the staff on reception who made sure I got my diabetic injections stuff that I accidentally left in the fridge that was so appreciated. Thanks again can’t wait to return. "
"I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this special property.
My wife enjoyed spa treatments in the spa, and we had a great couples massage in the room.
Even without a/c, it always felt pleasant in our room.
Jade Mountain is really a gem and we would highly recommend it. "
"Went for our honeymoon, and absolutely everything about this stay was wonderfully memorable!! The best part- the people. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Shanatta helped us at the front desk
Ames helped us at the burger spot
Simeon helped us at the beach, and took our photos"
"The most amazing resort in St Lucia. The service was amazing. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. It feels like family. The food was top notch, very day, delicious and variety. The BBQ night dinner by the pool was absolutely epic. The Caribbean night dinner outdoors was also beautiful, and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The Tree house with jerk/Caribbean food was the highlight of the day. Flip flops wings, burgers, pizzas our lunch spot. Coffee shop always fresh coffee. One of the best resorts I visited with my family! "
Once you've made your way to your hotel and settled into your room, head out to see the beaches, then stop off at one of the local restaurants on your way back.
