"We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful as was the breakfast, room service and bar area. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the square. It was in a great location for shopping, dining and seeing the city sights. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river. Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. I wish they had access cards instead of old fashioned keys, I’m not sure what the charm of metal keys is. Also, the doors to the rooms tend to slam shut with great force so we were woken early by several not so considerate guests…. Overall a great pick, staff made it very easy."
