The property was as expected and overall served us perfectly for our stay. I would rate it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the screwy check-in process and no answer from the host. The instructions provided a 5 digit numerical code which stated that this one code was for entry into the building as well as entry into our specific unit. Not so. After trying the code multiple times at the building entry point I called the number provided and sent a text message to the host. Called four times (never got an answer), sent two text messages. This was Sunday, 9/7/25. I am typing this review on Thursday, 9/11/25 and I still have not gotten a response. Thankfully a person who lives in a unit in the building gave me the code for the main door to the building which was completely different. He said he has lost track of how many VRBO renters he has had to do this for and how many times he has told the owner he needs to fix it. We were standing around outside the building for over 30 minutes after a 27 hour travel day, tired and ready to go off the street. Unsatisfactory!!!!!
