DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. Apartment lacked heat and had no hot water. We repeatedly tried to engage owner to fix situation over the course of 2 days, but only received delayed responses and never saw any action to fix problems. We engaged VRBO soon after noticing issues; owner also ignored requests from VRBO to investigate/fix issues. We departed the apartment early in order to find habitable accommodations (e.g., heat and hot water).
