Wonderful apartment and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Vienna. Great location that’s walkable to many places or a short metro ride to some further parts of old town such as Belvedere or Schönbrunner palaces.

We liked that it was fairly spacious and fairly clean and quiet and safe. Would prefer if it had two full bathrooms with two toilets. More available taxi's would be helpful too Not great communication initially when the CC didnt go through.

The accommodation was excellent. However, the parking arrangement was not communicated clearly ahead of time. Parking cost was additional 50 Euros for 2 days at the nearby public parking garage.

Well located and spacious apartment
Fully furnished, all mod cons, spacious 1 bedroom apartment perfect for our week stay in Vienna. It's not in a touristy area and there were plenty of grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants ; no banks or ATMs though. Easy access to trams and subway although, if we wanted to, we could've walked to Stephanplatz in 20 minutes or so.

Great location
The host communication was great.made it very easy to plan our arrival and if we needed anything they were there. The apartment had good space and was a short walk to everything. There is free laundry and they even provide soap which was helpful with our kiddos. They also had communal outdoor patio areas and nespresso in the room. There is an elevator but several steps to reach it (be prepared if you have heavy luggage). The bed was pretty hard, but overall I recommend and would stay again for the location and amenities. Very reasonable and you get a lot!

The apartment is fantastic with the rooftop terrace, nice living room, bed room with sufficient storage space, and bathroom with tub. Communication was great, very responsive to any concerns and questions. Easy to store luggage at the end of the stay. I'll be back.

The property is in a very good location. The apartments are in decent shape. They are still getting back into the swing of things. The outside patio furniture was ripped and they were waiting for new cushions. They did not arrive while we were there. The biggest complaint was that the door jammed and it was tricky to open it. My wife could not figure out how to make it work which meant we could not go out independently. The manager was very responsive in other areas but this was an issue that they said could not be solved. It put a definite crimp in our plans.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We had a two night stay booked and due to security issues and terrible treatment from the staff we were told that if we checked out (we had not used the room other than to leave luggage and freshen up post our flight) we would get a refund. Having checked out that night (and then paying £400 for a new hotel) the property are refusing the refund and denying offering one. Despite speaking with hotels.com and hotels.com calling the property neither party have been able to make a refund. I would NOT recommend anyone stay at this property!!!! And i am appalled by Hotels.com lack of customer care !

Fantastic base
Lovely spacious accommodation, great base for visiting Vienna. 5 min walk to underground station, can reach almost anywhere in city within 20 mins on subway. Only a 10-15 min walk to world famous Prater park. Some lovely bakeries just on surrounding streets.
Outside of apartments. 5th floor has lovely views.

Property is in a very convenient location where you can access to public transportation easily. There are groceries stores nearby or a few good restaurants if want to eat outside. The email instructions from Olena is super clear and the communication with Olena was very smooth. Mira, the office manager, was onsite at our check in date. She gave us more detail information about where the gym and the laundry room are, and also brought us a few bottles of welcome drink which made us feel very welcomed. All in all, we enjoyed our entire stay and we would recommend this property to anyone who plan to visit Vienna.

We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath room. It was spacious. Conveniently located: close to train and the tourist sites. Gym & laundry on the top floor. Kitchen. Dining and Living area. And even netflix!!! All the comforts of home, away from home. Management was also very helpful and accommodating in everything. It was our better accommodation while in Austria. Definitely a must stay if in Wien! (only thing was cleaning was only after 3 days, which we already left. and one of the bathroom doors could not be closed. But that didn't mar our stay at all)

The condo/apartment was well furnished, clean,, and in a great location. The only remark I would bring up is that the building does not have its own parking so, if you have a car, you'll need to find a street parking or a garage, which can be expensive in Vienna. Luckily, we stayed there over the weekend and there was a plenty of street parking.

Great apartment in a super Vienna location
We loved our apartment on the 5th floor of Rafael Kaiser. Having a kitchen was great and the air conditioning was appreciated as it was July. The area in Leopoldstadt is excellent and there are 3 metro lines that are easy to walk to from the apartment. You can also easily walk to the Prater and to the river and into the old part of the city. Several nice restaurants around as well. Very quiet area and not much traffic. It was also nice having the washer although I wouldn't definitely plan on using it as you never know if other guests are going to hog it, which was our experience (a woman doing multiple loads and in such a hurry to get her stuff in the dryer even though we were in there first waiting that she forget 4 pieces of clothing in the washer), but at least there is a drying rack in the apartment if you want to air dry your clothes if you manage to get a load washed. Of course the selfishness of another guest is no fault of the apartment but I thought it was worth mentioning so you don't end up relying on definitely washing your clothes and then not getting a chance if you are traveling for more than a week or so. Have a back up plan for laundry would be my recommendation. We loved the apartment and would stay there again for sure.

Usually we don't face any troubles as the laundry-room is available 24/7, but during the periods of high occupancy the guests may need to wait to use it, especially when the large groups of the guests are accommodated in the property.
