The host was wonderful in communicating! The place is super cute, private, clean, and comfortable. I would note that if you are 6'2" it will be a bit tight in the shower, but the water is good and hot and the shower head has good pressure! The loft ladder could be a bit heavy for a small person, but it is doable. The location is very convenient for Parkersburg/Marietta. Parking is gravel, but very well maintained. It is a great little place to stay!
