Good location

The location of the property is very good. The underground is just a few minutes walk to reach to the main attraction. Property managment respoding well and check-in details are very clear and easy. The cleanliness level can be improve but it was not bad.

Property was fine, and right next to an underground station. Checkin was easy and safe. But - Do NOT stay there if the weather is going to be warm. There is no AC, and you just get one little fan for a 2 bedroom apartment. Sleeping was unbearable.

Great property, very clean. We did noi like having the restroom in one room and the sink/ shower across the apartment. There should be a sink in the same room. Also, no AC was the biggest downsize, as it was hot outside and we had to leave the windows open at night because of the heat.

Great for access to U1

The accommodation is decent placed on the U1 station Altes Landgut. 5 mins walking to Spar supermarket. Sofa bed is not the best. Cramped up space in the lounge. Balcony is cool. Not possible to get new towels in 5 night stay. (I think they replace only after a week..)

Modern, bright and clean rooms, with minor setback

The apartment is clean, new and well maintained. The apartment is right above U bahn, so very convenient although the location is not in city centre. But U1 line takes you to city centre and Hbf in 10-15 minutes. The property is fully automated, so no staff visible and communication happens via WhatsApp or call. The fitted kitchen has all essential equipment. Now the cons: There is no house keeping service even though we stayed for 3 nights. There are instructions to the basement to dispose off waste and a vacuum cleaner is in basement, but I expect these to be bare minimum service to be provided for the cost they’re charging. A basic waste disposal, room vacuuming and bathroom toiletries replacement once every 2 days is desired. The WiFi is public and has no password, so most of my apps on phone didn’t work and I switched to mobile data

Perfect for family

We stayed in the top floor penthouse. Fully recommended and perfect for family of 4. Best beds and very quiet and dark room for sleeping. Perfect night sleep. There's kitchen, tv, 4 balconies even. You can even see the metro station outside the window. It's literally the perfect apart hotel I've ever experienced. I'll definitely stay again when visiting vienna. I have been to 40+ cities, And not many places I have ever tried twice, so there you have it.

Probably the best thought through apartment i have ever visited and i do have hundreds in my history due to work. We were totally amazed how this was all planned out so that it is simply super convinient. Loved it.

After booking, you are not allowed to make check-in before you pay a deposit. The bigger problem that refund of deposit happens after a week upon check-out (if they judge that everything is fine in the flat). Poor communication and didn't respond to any of my messages that I sent to them
