Wonderful hotel in the arts district of Vienna, surrounded by excellent cafes, galleries and thrift shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable with quirky decoration, making it feel homely. Slightly in need of repair, my headboard fell off! Also something sticky on the floor beside the bed but neither detracted from my comfortable stay.

Good location in a quieter area of Vienna just a 20 minute walk to the museum quarter with underground stops nearby Can’t fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable Loads of amenities - restaurant, gym, bar and cinema. Although we didn’t use them they looked good Recommend and would stay again

The hotel is nice, the staff are nice. But if you want to drink water, there no coolers with water. You just feel that is missing. They ask you to agree not to clean your room and you shall get voucher to a beer or wine, but the voucher is for that same day, you do not know that. The location is great. Walked almost to everywhere by foot. The room was big enough, although it could have been great for a little fridge. On the TV, where no English channels at all, no Netflix or the availability to cast. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Loved the bar area seemed very popular, room was nice, had a mini fridge which was great. Asked for more towels on our second day they were quick in bringing them no complaints ! Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also having air conditioning was a nice change as we don’t have that in the Uk !

TOP: Einrichtungskonzept der Zimmer gefiel sehr gut, auch der Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt. Fußläufig sind zahlreiche nette Bars und Cafés erreichbar, abseits des Massentourismus. Snacks und kalte Getränke in der Lobby 24/7 verfügbar Weniger gut: Die Parkgarage ist ultra eng, man muss zudem auf eine Art Rollenboden in Schräglage parken (war wohl mal als Doppelstock gedacht). Nicht gut: Auf die Frage, ob es eine Terrasse gibt, wurden wir von der Rezeption in 2 kleinen Hinterhof geleitet, in dem die Abluft der Küche rauskommt. Später haben wir dann eine schöne große Balkonterrasse des Hotels entdeckt…

Hôtel plaisant, bien situé, aux chambres confortables et fonctionnelles. Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Le personnel de l'accueil était gentil et patient. Tout petit point négatif : d'après la description du site et de le chambre, on s'attendait à une platine vinyle dans la chambre, et il n'y en avait pas. On a demandé à l'accueil, qui a dit qu'ils en remettraient une... qui n'est jamais arrivée. C'est un détail sans importance, mais on était un petit peu déçus !

Un chouette hôtel, moderne, avec une équipe sympa et dans un quartier agréable avec les transports et à 15/20 mn à pied du ring, pour passer quelques jours à Vienne. Quelques petits détails de fonctionnement à revoir au niveau des équipements dans les chambres (étanchéité de la porte de douche, VMC, …), mais rien de rédhibitoire. L'hôtel est vraiment confortable et la déco agrable.
