Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind.

Perfect location. OK rooms, cleaning OK. This is a self service Hotel and when the different codes to enter is difficult to understand we had some problems. Finally inside it works OK but the place needs some renovation. It’s good value for money!! We met the cleaners and a young guy in the "reception “ a couple of times, polite and friendly!

One night stay

Staff were friendly and helpful in check in, room was very small and hot. Noisy overnight, alarms went off at 5.30, woke up thinking I was in a prison cell! If you need somewhere cheap and central for one night it will do, just bring ear plugs.

Overall good hotel. Clean, good staff, good facilities, and the location is good. They have limited reception hours but the communication was good by emails. They don't have AC (not even a fan), so we had to keep window open during hot summer night. There was street noise and we woke up multiple times through the night.

Affordable, no-frills, basic but very clean. Staff were friendly and offered good advice on where to eat locally. My only improvement I could think of is there's a larger than expected gap at the bottom of the room door which lets a lot of sound in from the hallway corridor. While the hotel isn't responsible for noisy tourists, a little soundproofing goes a long way. The bathroom was simple, clean, the water was hot and the pressure was good - exactly what you want ! Simple things like a kettle and some tea/coffee making in the room would be a bonus else the room felt a bit spartan. If I came back to Vienna and the price was right I'd likely stay here again, I didn't need an expensive hotel with a restaurant, bar and all those amenities. It's an ideal base to come home to and sleep because great breakfasts are just around the corner. It's a 30 second walk from Wien Mitte station and is nicely enclosed, private and quiet.

This “hotel” was very disappointing. The room smelt like it has been smoked in.The heat in the room did not work at all. It was extremely noisy, there is no soundproofing between the rooms, anytime someone came or left you could hear it. There was body hair in the shower. The curtains did not fully cover the window so the outdoor lights shined directly on your face in bed. The front desk hours that we were given was 10:30-18:30. Though there was no one at the front desk for the majority of those hours, so there was no where to go for any questions or complaints. I would never stay here again and would recommend staying here if there are any other hotels available

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Bahnstation Mitte ungefähr 5 Min fußläufig. Diverse Straßenbahnen und Busse ebenfalls fußläufig. Die Räume liegen im 3. Stock, was aber durch einen Aufzug kein Problem darstellt. Barrierefrei sind sie aber nicht zu erreichen. Ich habe nach 22 Uhr eingecheckt, somit brauchte ich einen Code. Dieser sollte vorab geschickt werden, kam aber nicht an. Ein kurzes Gespräch mit der Hotline (24/7 besetzt) und mir wurde schnell geholfen. Toller Service und sehr nett. Bedingt durch die Lage zur Straße war mein Zimmer laut. Die Wände sind dünn. Man hört viel aus den Nebenzimmern. Mit Ohropax war beides kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind ok. Die Möbel alt, die Matratzen hart. Aber das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das ist für mich immer wichtig. Der Platz war ausreichend, man ist ja viel unterwegs. Fazit: Das Zimmer hatte Jugendherbergs-Charakter, war aber für uns und zwei Nächte in Ordnung. Die Lage macht vieles wett. Es gibt einen Supermarkt gegenüber und diverse Gastronomie rundherum. Ich kann Kibi Rooms empfehlen, wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sind.

El hotel está bien, está cerca del centro, como a unos 15/20 minutos andando, y además tiene una estación de tren a menos de 5 minutos. Es una zona con varias cafeterías para desayunar, tiene cerca un Vapiano para comer, y supermercados. Nosotros fuimos en enero que hacía frío y en el hotel en sí se estaba muy agusto. Eso sí, no tiene gel ni champú, es la única "pega", el baño tampoco es que sea enorme pero no es un problema tampoco porque al final para lo que se usa sirve. Además tenía secador y las camas eran super cómodas. Calidad precio lo recomiendo.

Sehr belebte Straße, aber die Zimmer ruhig ,da Richtung Innenhof. Super dicht zu U-Bahn 200 m und viele Cafés, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Einfach,aber sehr bequem und sauber. Einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Het hotel heeft de locatie mee. Op 2 minuten lopen is er een metrostation die je zo de stad in brengt. Te voet ben je ook in een ruim kwartier in het centrum. Het is dus een goede uitvalbasis om de stad te verkennen. Minder goed: het hotel is enorm gehorig. Met groepen studenten of luidsprekende mensen naast je erg vervelend. De douche is verouderd en als er mensen tegelijk douchen dan komt er amper water uit de kraan. Het bed heeft geen lattenbodem en is daardoor keihard. In de ochtend alleen een schoonmaakster aanwezig, verder niemand wie je kan aanspreken. Tot slot is het gebouw met maar 1 in en uitgang niet heel veilig. Al met al: oke voor een nacht, maar zou er geen week verblijven.

Although KIBI Rooms has no reception, staff were easy to contact and responded by Whatsapp. Check in keypads worked well. The room & bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. A large wardrobe and full length mirror were nice to have. The only downside was being able to hear noise from the next room which kept us awake. However, KIBI rooms are very well located, being 10 minutes walk from the station for the airport train. There are many shops and places to eat nearby. Overall, it's a good place to stay.
