This is a stunning brand-new duplex apartment close to the city centre (5 mins with metro) with two terraces, high-end interior and facilities.

We promise you an amazing stay - you prove it!

Bright and open space living room with a high-end kitchen and all amenities needed.
The living room contains a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. One of the two terraces is at the living room. Upstairs is a second, even bigger terrace. The apartment has two master bedrooms. Upstairs at the gallery is another sofabed for two people.

Great location.

Nice clean place, easy access from the underground metro. Hosts were excellent, responded very quickly to any inquiries. Comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Place was very bright with powered blinds that you could close with a push of a button. Only complaint was the upstairs bathroom door was broken and very difficult to open and close. There was construction work across the street and pigeons cooing early in the morning but those are certainly outside the owners control and weren’t a problem unless you like to sleep in late. Would definitely stay again!
