Some rudimentary amenities like toothpaste, face wash soap, lotion, etc., which we used to have simply do not have. There is no phone in the room. Staffs were very cordial & nice I must say.

An ideal base to explore Vienna - close to a tram stop that takes you directly to the city centre. Staff are friendly and always helpful. A great place to stay

Exceptional value - 1 minute to tram and less than 10 mins walk to train station. Plenty of places to eat within 5-10 minutes and same for shops.

Nice place to stay outside the centre
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sleep comfort and cleanliness was very good. Although the bathrooms were very much in need of an overhaul with the sillicone around the bath etc splitting and cracking. Shower was powerful. The downfall was the noise that the cleaning staff made in the morning. It was impossible to have a lie in. I was in room 501

It was lovely when I arrived and Farshad gave me the kettle I had mentioned would be helpful after my last stay> I stay here most months and have never had a bad stay, they clearly take our feedback seriously and respond to any comments - however minor - you will have a great stay here

Great vfm hotel next to tram and metro stations.
Spacious room with three single beds, comfortable mattresses. Nice temperature in the hotel. Very good breakfast, easy self check in for late night arrivals. Excellent location between tram and metro stops, very easy to navigate to and from the city center. It does need some freshening up, but it's a great value for money accommodation and on my next trip to Vienna I would definitely go back.

This was my 4th stay at Calmo and it is my preferred regular hotel in Vienna. Cheap bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to D line tram to the museum quarter and a great breakfast

Another good stay, a little busier this time, but generally very good. Plenty of places nearby for meals and public transport is excellent

This was a very good stay, and especially suitable for business stays or low cost leisure for couples or alone. The tram passes the front of the hotel to the Rathaus and city centre, nearby are bars and restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are helpful and they offer a great breakfast My only criticisms are the lack of tea or coffee making facilities, and no safe for belongings - those are mild problems

Absolutely a disaster! My wife & I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and we had really bad experience. The room was filthy, not spacious & the toilet was narrow as well.

The hotel was near public transport to visit Vienna The hotel was rather more basic than we had expected. We were there for three nights, first night we were unable to sleep due to the noise from the street and the trams. We paid 20 euros for an upgrade to the other side of the hotel. The room was exactly the same except you were facing the courtyard which was quiet. Future customers should take note if you wish a quiet room you must not book the standard (cheapest room)
