Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Wohnung ok. Etwas eigenwillige Toilette im Schrank… Aber seltsame Nachbarn und sehr viele Tauben im Innenhof. Entsprechend überall Taubendreck im Hof. Der Balkon ist in ein Netz eingepackt aber dennoch fliegen Federn herum. Fürs Autoparken sind genügend öffentliche Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Tramhaltestelle sehr nahe und die Verbindung ist hervorragend.

Auch zu dritt sehr angenehm

Ich war schon in dieser Wohnung alleine. Nun waren wir zu dritt und auch wieder bei hohen Temperaturen. Man hatte gute Durchlüftung in der Nacht und konnte auch auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer hervorragend schlafen. Diesmal mit Hunden und diese fanden ausreichend Grünflächen. In der angrenzenden Neubausiedlung ist auch ein schöner Spazierweg. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

1 Woche Urlaub in Wien

Ich kannte diese Wohnung schon von einem früheren Aufenthalt. Aber in meiner Urlaubswoche war große Hitze angesagt und es zeigte sich, dass diese Wohnung ideal ist bei großer Hitze. Der Balkon in den Innenhof war schön luftig und in der Nacht mit geöffnetem Fenster war es angenehm kühl. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Parkgarage auch und Straßenbahn ca. 250m entfernt. Auch ein paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Bewertung Happy Pasetti

gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar, ruhig (man kann bei offenenm Fenster schlafen), Küchenausstattung reicht zum Kochen, Bett bequem, knarrzt nicht. Schlüsselübergabe am Hbf hat super geklappt. Teils Spinnweben an den Fenstern, Flächen teils nicht sauber, Geschirr teils nicht sauber. Kein Duschvorhang.
