Why sightsee when you can stay in?

The property was amazing, bright and clean. The views were great and I was seriously considering skipping all the sightseeing to spend more time in the apartment. There are several grocery stores nearby and transportation is so convenient. The staff was very responsive with my questions regarding the apartment. When I had an issue with the sinks, they immediately sent a plumber to fix the issue and sent an apology and wine. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Vienna.

Location. It is located nearest the subway station. And the super market SPAR is on the ground floor. Big shopping mall and art hall Wiener Stadthalle within a 5min walk. Facility. I stayed on the top floor room, it allowed to use rooptop. Living room is large, bath rooms are 2, one of them has spa equipment. You can controll all most systems by smart system. Service. The one thing uncomfortable is no body is there, so you have to contect by call or email. But they respond quickly.

DO NOT BOOK - STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I booked the premium apartment for two nights for five people. First I was verbally abused by the hotel stuff with their rudeness and gas-lighting tone, then when we check-in, we found out the "double bed in the living room" was actually a single pull-out couch. And the hotel refused to refund us. Even in the main bedroom, the bed-side light was broken and the ventilator in the bathroom could not be turned off, so that NO ONE could fall asleep. Overall waste of money and a ridicules experience.

Bellissimo appartamento per 5 persone a 10 minuti di metropolitana dal centro e a 5 minuti di tram da Schonbrunn. Metropolitana a 400 metri dietro l'angolo. Despar all'angolo del palazzo, comodissimo. Vari locali / pizzerie, panetterie e take away di Wiener Schnitzel nei dintorni. la struttura non ha parcheggio ma scarico/ricarico nella via da usarsi temporaneamente. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento a pochi minuti di distanza. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato, due bagni - uno con vasca l'altro con doccia /bagno turco. Una favola. Un terrazzino e sul tetto terrazza panoramica su Vienna. Lavatrice, macchina del caffe con capsule Nespresso e montalatte elettrico. Forno a microonde. Posate, pentole e utensili necessari presenti. Mai trovato una struttura così bella, confortevole ed equipaggiata. Dovessi ritornare a Vienna, ritorno qua di sicuro. Le porte di ingresso e stanza si aprono col codice fornito di 6 cifre. Per capire il piano, tenete conto del primo numero: es. 510 ... quinto piano.
