Excellent location and space for the money. Great beds. The bathroom was large and well maintained, with big tub and laundry. The furniture is older, but functional. Also, the kitchenette has all the required pieces. First floor so no need for the elevator. Access was no problem. Good location, close to subway and transit. The one huge negative was the lack of A/C, which in August is an absolute must. Fully recommend ouside of July/August.

The price was fine. Location very good. Overlooking a nice park was pleasant. No AC, but temperature was maintained fine by judicious use of windows and fan. Lift was out for 2 of 14 days I was there; no big problem. Bedroom had an odd, almost "sewer gas" smell a couple of days. Was light but noticeable those days. Had plenty of kitchen amenities, but lacked blender.

I just love it , very cheap , nearby park , 10 min walking from the river , calm neighborhood , the only thing is that there is no elevator and we had to go with stairs for 7 floors but I will diffintely go again

Great value for money.
The apartment was fine. No elevator was a bit of a problem when checking in and out. Everything was clean. You could find all the things needed. Prater the amusement park and the Danube were 5 minutes walk.

I did not stay at the apartment,there was construction works in the the apartment. I called the contact number and was rebuked. I was stranded in Vienna without accommodation. I do not need to pay for this accommodation and the pictures on the website are misleading. I need my money back|!!

covenient, comfy & spacious & arrangements were easy as pie. michael & christina are lovely in person too if you're so lucky to meet. keep an eye out for the vienna tourist board game in far left corner.

I had a missunderstanding with the owner and he wasn't nice at all!the place is not expensive but not very clean.

Great for a couple. Clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Very good English. Excellent facilities in the kitchen. Easy to find the metro and close to everything you need if you want to stay out of the city. Walking distance to the big fun park if you're there with children. Warning! Make sure you read your instructions, hotels.com sends you a confirmation that does not give instructions on how to check in. You need to contact the owner to organize a time to check in. No big deal, but it is if you don't know! Well worth every euro.

I was extremely confused by the fiasco over paying for the apartment to the extent that I thought that they were trying to take more than was due. After authorising full payment on expedia, I was then asked for a paypal payment. I was reluctant to go ahead with this as the email instructions sent to me were far from explanatory. I went ahead and paid the required amount by paypal and subsequently went to the apartment. Arrving in the apartment on the evening of arrival there was a note instructing me to leave €140 in cash on the table at 11 am the next morning. Well after paying by credit card and paypal I didn't have €140 lying around for them and I didn't understand why three separate payment methods of different amounts were required. The flat has bad furniture placed extremely badly such that various items of furniture block various other items. This isn't so bad as the furniture is of the 40 years old furry kind and I was relucant to use it. Unfortunately there are 40 year old furry rugs in the bedroom, living room and kitchen which felt horrible to walk on, the one in the bedroom I had to just push it away. Its a shame as the floors are beautiful under the gruesome rugs. There is also a dated furry lamp in the living room to add to the effect. In summary I would not advise anyone to stay here if they can help it, although I survived in the end.

Juan, I am sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately it was due to you not reading ANY of our instructions and expecting hotel service when we clearly state, that it is a self catering apartment! I even contacted you from the US to help you, since you were unwilling to communicate with our local staff!

Classic Vienese apartment
The apartment is comfortable , clean, light, warm and the view is great . One of the bedrooms has no door, and this is a serious problem. The shower should also be corrected.

Tolles Appartement - sehr nahe am Prater. Ideal mit Kindern, da 2 schöne Spielplätze in der Nähe sind. Werden sicher wieder mal kommen!

Eine Unterkunft, in die man gerne wieder kommt. Moderne, aber doch gemütliche Altbauwohnung, die ausgeklügelt renoviert wurde. In der Küche gibt es auch Filter-Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, und für den spontanen Hunger finden sich sogar Lebensmittel. Daneben noch Waschmaschine, Fernseher inkl. gemütlichem Sofa. Das Bett im abgetrennten Schlafzimmer ist übrigens super-bequem!! Der Blick aus dem Fenster zeigt einen Park und eine ruhige Straße, aber trotzdem ist die U-Bahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Hab die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Gerne wieder :-))

Struttura situata vicino al Prater. É facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi e dista dal centro di Vienna 3/4 fermate di metro. L'appartamento è dotato di frigorifero, di un piccolo reparto cucina e di un bagno spazioso.

Sitio bien situado. Acogedor. Cómodo para 3 personas o dos adultos y dos niños. A mejorar el menaje de la cocina, y unas cortinas más oscuras para que no te despierte el sol a las 6 de la mañana.
