Great location Great place to stay.

Great location.Very close to Underground station and only few station to old town and airport transfer station. The room is beautiful, large and comfortable. The key delivery person also very nice and helpful.

額外收費1200元清潔費，住進去拿鑰匙的時候才會跟你說，非常不老實。交通非常便利，相較於市區，房間很大間，也可以住得下三個人，但隔音稍差，沒有洗髮精，沐浴乳，乳液等。要辦理入住的時候要打電話通知他們來開門，而且還要10分鐘前通知。如果要房間大，交通方便可以選擇，但會有額外收費沒盥洗用具的問題。 Extra charged 35euro as cleansing fee and was told the day of registration. No shampoo, shower gel, nor lotion provided. Great location, large room, but extra charges.

We saw the advertisement of the apartment and chose it for our stay in Vienna due to the parking but the parking was far away and we had to take the underground to get there but the price was reasonable. Furthermore, they put different pictures in the website and gave us another unit in the different building which was under construction and very noisy. However, the accsess to the public transport was good.

Apartment scheinbar neu renoviert, sehr schön eingerichtet - zum Wohlfühlen. Für drei Personen war es allerdings etwas klein. In der Küche alles, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Frau Maria extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Не плохие апартаменты , очень хорошее расположение, метро рядом, магазин с продуктами тоже !! Заплатили 35 евро за уборку, но сами апартаменты были не очень то и чистые!!! Но очень комфортные, большая комната и балкон !! Не смогли включить телевизор, как не пробовали никак не вышло! Выслали нам инструкцию но все равно не получилось!!!! Жаль что никто не захотел прийти помочь нам!! А в целом все хорошо!

Not really like a warm welcome

Hello, The check-in was a bit complicated : Nobody was waiting for us, and we had to call 2 different phone numbers before a third person would finally arrive. She did not speak english at all, but this is when we learnt that cleaning was compulsory, so the price mentioned on Hotels.com is not the final one ! (We were hoping that we could clean by ourselves) She also told us that check out was compulsory at 10:00 and that we must not be late. The flat itself isn't that bad but is noisy (we could hear the TV set of the neigbour all night long). Seriously, I think that one may find a better place to stay in Vienna.

快適なアパートです。 高級とは言い過ぎですが、普通のウィーンの生活を楽しめます。 駅からの場所は意外に分かりにくいので事前に聞かず、迷いました。 鍵の受け渡しもアパートホテルなので要注意。 対応はとても良かったです。 シャワーやお風呂については英訳があまり適切でないので、あいまいなら確認が必要です。ホテルの責任ではなく、日本語への自動翻訳だとあいまいになってしまう問題です。

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Super U-Bahnanbindung Station Schlachthausgasse. Parkmöglichkeit im nahegelegenen P&R Erdberg. Ideal für Familien. Gerne wieder.

가지마세요

숙소를 찾아갔는데 문이닫혀있고 오피스도 없어서 체크인하는데 한시간이나 걸렸네요. 늦어놓고 미안하다는 말 한마디 안하고 방만 안내해준후 갑자기 결제를 현금으로 해달라는 이상한 말을 하더군요. 너무나 불쾌했습니다. 또한 동양인을 비하하는 말투를 사용하더군요. 방안의 상태는 나쁘지않았으나. 식기세척기안에 청소되지않은 용기들이 남아있었고, 방안에 히터가 성능이 떨어져 추웠습니다. 요금도 hotels.com에 나온 요금이 아닌 추가 청소요금을 필수로 내야하더군요. 하루 방값정도를 더 냈습니다. 이건 뭐 양아치가 따로 없네요. 다신 가고싶지않네요. -chawoo chawoo
