The Apartment is located in the mezzanine floor (approx. 6 steps above the ground) of a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900. The apartment is 61 m² and is optimal for up to 3 persons (small family). There is 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

The living room has a leather couch, a TV and a dining room area. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, microwave and a dish washer.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.
WIFI is available.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
