"Très bon accueil, très agréable. Tout le personnel est sympathique, à votre écoute. Le bungalow était très bien, propre, bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner parfait avec que de bons produits ( confitures maison) et la chanson du matin par un membre du personnel très agréable. Enfin ils sont de bons conseils pour les restau, balades. Le camping est très bien équipé pour les séjours en période estival. Enfin le concept yoga,méditation, ecovillage et protection de la nature et du bien être de chacun...

They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "We came into France on a whim during our road trip and staying here was a great decision! I’m laughing at how long it took us to figure out the blinds for the window, but the room was comfortable, cool, and everything we needed. After a long day of hiking and driving the hotel restaurant was convenient and exceeded all of our expectations. We also opted for the breakfast buffet, which was also wonderful."

"Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, & maybe consider adding a washing machine. Note: there’s no a/c so if it’s hot it could be uncomfortable"

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
