"It’s definitely one of the three nicest hotels in town. The hidden gem is the restaurant. On a street littered with same-same backpacker joints, this restaurant has a real chef and grows its own vegetables. Because it’s not on the main drag it’s easy to walk into even when other places have a wait. In my experience it’s the best in town. "

"This was exactly the right place to stay as a base for three days of hiking. We had a private room and bathroom at the hostel. The restaurant was popular for dinner and the food was very good. Included breakfasts were also solid. Access to the shared kitchen and fridges was also useful. Perfect location."
