Welcome to Villa Davvi dállu in the picturesque municipality of Älvsbyn. This detached villa has been extensively renovated and refurbished to offer you a modern, comfortable home surrounded by the breathtaking nature of northern Sweden. This house is ideal for up to eight people seeking peace, relaxation, and high-quality amenities in a private setting.

Living & Dining
The heart of the house is the spacious, open-concept living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an air fryer, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a sandwich maker, and a hand mixer. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests at the large table. In the living room, you can relax and use your own streaming services on the 55-inch smart TV (please note that there is no traditional over-the-air TV). A heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round and serves as air conditioning in the summer.

Bedrooms & Wellness
The house has a total of four cosy bedrooms:
“Beere” (ground floor): Double bed (180x200 cm).
“Blue” (ground floor): Double bed (180x200 cm), desk, and guest safe.
“Yellow” (ground floor): Double bed (160x200 cm).
“Red” (basement): A newly designed retreat in the basement with a double bed.

All rooms can be darkened and are equipped with closets and window screens. The modern bathroom features two sinks, a shower, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Activities & Outdoor Area
A special highlight in the basement is the new hobby and activity room with a weight bench, yoga mat, dartboard, and a large mirrored wall. The outdoor area features a large, private garden and a sheltered sunroom with child-safe glass. In the evening, you can wind down by the fire pit or in the wood-heated sauna at the back of the garage. For younger guests, there’s a play and activity house. Dogs are also very welcome here.

Location & Amenities
The villa is ideally located for nature lovers; the Storforsen rapids are only about 5 km away. A parking space is located right next to the house. For longer stays, a laundry room is available in the basement. Please note that the basement is accessible only by stairs, and some rooms there remain privately locked. For the property’s security, the exterior entrance area is under video surveillance.
