This unique layout consist of 4 bedrooms down with one of the 4 being in a Casita (Private exterior room) and one bedroom and game-room and 5th bathroom located upstairs. New Stainless Steel Appliances as well as Washer and Dryers. Extra Refrigerator is located int he garage along with a deep Freeze.
