My wife and I drove down from chicago it took us 6 and a half hrs to get there, got the room based on reviews and when I got there it was not what it said. The room wasnt ready check in was at 3 i got there after 5 and it still wasnt ready. The u claimed it was still being cleaned. However when I got in the room there was a man still n my room talking about he was maintenance, there was a dirty ass couch the shower was not usable. I put towels n the shower so I wouldn't look at the nastiness while using the bathroom. Needless to say we went outside stayed outside til it was time for bed and got up early and stayed out til we checked out early I should say. We did not stay the other night I paid for cause we couldn't do it anymore. The elevator is nasty you gotta park in a garage that doesn't feel safe when you leave and come back. It was just not for us. I would not recommend this place to no one....

Excellent in the boutique hotel space. Vintage and modern combined, lots of beautiful touches throughout. Loved The Dame downstairs!

Great location, tight parking unless you park in the back. I was unaware of a $200 hold that was due at check in, I’m not sure if it’s stated or not. I would definitely rent here again! I loved the apartment, perfect size, clean, up to date appliances, comfortable bed! Will definitely be back soon!

The restaurant inside of the Westin is a no go. The fact that there were no clean dishes, no employees except one and he was upset bc he was the only one was ridiculous. The stove was filled with pans with old food. It was just a mess.

Very clean. Short walk to venues. Secure!
