"Great staff, very clean and attention to details "

"The staff is nice but they advertised a full kitchen, coffee and tea makers, etc. they don't even have cups. I brought my own coffee and just needed a cup for hot water and they said they don't have any at all and there's nothing they can do. Why would they advertise a kitchen with no dishes or utensils? Why would they advertise coffee and tea makers with no cups to drink them? Even when I pushed it they said they won't do anything. Also while there was a small fridge in my room the only power outlet in the entire room including the bathroom was where the fridge was plugged in so I couldn't even use the fridge if I wanted to charge anything. The accommodation is fine but don't expect to be able to use the kitchen, fridge, coffee/tea maker."

"We found our luggage had been stolen from while inside a locked private room. After bringing this to the attention of staff they told us the footage had been deleted and several staff lied to us in the process. At the police station we learned this was a known problem for this property. Other guests need to be careful around the staff of this place."

"Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night. If I could give it negative stars I would."
