"Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. "Our contact host Angela was helpful and attentive but she could not make up the shortfalls of this apartment. A washer was on the listing but was inoperable. Frustrating. The apartment floors were not very clean. I personally cleaned bath surfaces for our use. The location was good and there was a dedicated parking space. "
