"Room was excellent and staff was amazing"

"The staff were friendly but there was a weird smell. Maybe it was their choice of cleaning products or maybe it was stale air. The continental breakfast had the waffle maker but not much more. A few cartons of yogurt and 5 packets of instant oatmeal. We didnt stand watch to see if they put more food out as people came through so its hard to judge. The hotel is is walking distance to a Waffle House which is what we wound up doing. "

"The room and hallway had a musty/moldy smell. It seemed outdated. Our suite was supposed to sleep 4 adults with one king bed and a pull-out couch. However, there were no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull-out bed and were told by the front desk that they had no more pillows or blankets to offer. There were only 2 towels and two wash cloths and 1 hand towel for 3 people. Within 30 minutes, the fitted sheet was coming off the bed and didn’t seem to fit and the mattress cover was also...
