  • Stay comfortably and enjoy a large private home with high end finishes throughout on 4 beautiful secluded acres. This 3 level property is perfect for large family gatherings and is dog friendly! Each room is uniquely designed with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 child bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed and 1 full sofa bed. This property also features a garage, mudroom, private jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong table, jazucci tub and steam shower in master bathroom, upstairs in-law apartment. In addition, there are 3 separate common areas and a separate study with french doors. The kitchen includes plenty of counter space, 2 ovens (1 convection), large prep island and kitchen eating island (seating for 3). The great room area includes a gas fireplace to snuggle up to in the evenings, large beautiful dining table (seating for 10) for intimate family meals. The home has both heat and AC along with strong Wifi, surround sound in common areas via Sonos so you can play your favorite music while you relax or entertain. Great Room TV with Roku. Gym TV is an internet TV. Home features both a front deck and large back deck with 4 Adirondack chairs, outdoor sofa, hammock, private jacuzzi and outdoor table (seating for 6) and large grill. Basement playroom has full wet bar, pool table, ping pong table, separate gym w/eliptical machine and free weights and TV. Large private backyard w/large deck/fire pit and amazing views, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. The outdoor fire pit has seating for 8. There is also plenty of outdoor parking that easily can accommodate 7+ vehicles and large RV’s. This private home has spectacular mountain views and stunning sunsets and is located on a quiet rural street on the coveted south side of Teton Valley. Centrally located w/quick and easy access to all area amenities. Property is a 4 minute drive to the town of Victor & has access to Targhee National Forest via the Smith Canyon trailhead just a 5 minute walk down the road. Only 30 minutes to the town of Jackson Hole as well as Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Targhee Resort renowned for world class skiing and mountain biking. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are within an hour drive and within 20 minutes you can be floating and fly fishing on either beautiful Teton River or the S. Fork of the Snake River.

We had a full house for our family reunion and were so grateful for the use of this beautiful house. Every detail was taken care of with thoughtful touches around the home adding a sense of comfort (like the maps of the nearby national parks, the games, and even the outdoor toys). There was ample space for all of our 4 families. The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy & comfy, and the gathering spaces were large enough to accommodate all. In addition, it was immaculately clean and stocked. The communication with our host was exceptional leading up to and throughout the trip. Of very minor note plan for a wet lawn since watering occurred throughout the night- which led to a very green and beautiful yard. I would highly recommend staying at this home for a relaxing, fun, and wonderful experience.

Property is a lovely location and the house is a great get away. My dogs and I enjoyed it a lot and the host was super kind!
