"The apartment is on the edge of the restricted driving zone, in the historic part of Tivoli. As Canadians, it was very cool to stay right in an ancient city, where the past and the present co-exist. The bedroom and a bathroom are upstairs and there is a small kitchen, living room/dining room plus a second bathroom on the lower level. It was very spacious for just 2 people. We did find the stairs up to the bedroom (they are sort of circular) a bit tight - if you had poor vision or mobility...

"Stay away from this host! He made me cancel my stay the day I was supposed to arrive, even though the charges had been taken off my credit card, due to the reason that someone else had booked it on another booking site (so he claimed). He then told me he put in a request to vrbo to have me refunded only for me to find out a week later that he never did after I had to contact vrbo myself to get a refund. I would not recommend staying here at all!"

"Everything was amazinf and well cared for. Clean room, nice staff, AMAZING BREAKFAST. Glass on shower was loose and didnt fully cover tub so we had to sqeeze behind the glass to shower, but besides that it was an amazing stay!"

"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Front desk team member Tamer, welcomed us with warm, attentive service and an unmistakable sense of elegance. He himself dropped our luggage to our room. The property was beautifully maintained, with sophisticated décor, a serene atmosphere, and thoughtful details throughout, Its four different buildings within close proximity. Our room was spacious ( enough for a couple), impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and everything we could have wished for. As per our request staff arranged for electric kettle for us. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire experience felt refined and effortless. The breakfast was a particular highlight of our stay. The selection was generous and beautifully presented, with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, hot dishes, and freshly prepared options. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. The breakfast area itself had a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, making it a lovely way to start the day. The staff were professional, gracious, and genuinely attentive, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. Every aspect of our stay reflected a high standard of hospitality. "The hotel itself was clean, and the ac's were working very nicely. Highlight for me about the stay was truly Mehdi, the front desk concierge. He helped guide me about my travel plans and helped me with everything I needed during my stay. He made the stay a wondeful experince and really shared his insight's about Italy. Luigi was also a great help :)"
