"STOP** READ BEFORE BOOKING** The rooms in this listing are not the rooms at this hotel. We arrived and had to find a new hotel last minute which was a major inconvenience because they misrepresented the conditions of their rooms. The rooms look nothing like these pictures. There are multiple stairs you must go up to get to the front desk, then more stairs to the first landing, then more steps in the room so if you are traveling with someone with a disability this is not accessible. The room they gave us was old, had not been cleaned properly, smelled of sewage, and it had mold growing in the bathroom. They then assigned an “upgraded room” which was similar, an old out dated room that was not clean. There was white fluid which I can only assume was bio fluid all over the bed. We promptly returned the keys and advised them we would not be staying. They refused to refund us and also kept the Vat Tax we paid at check in even though we did not stay. Save your vacation and don’t make the mistake we did by booking this based on the info provided here."

"Staff very help, all spoke very good English. Given great, recommended on local restaurants near by. Gym equipment was is great condition looked new. Great 70's vibe with the decor. Nice walk, slow pace 30mins or so, into the center of Rome. 50mins to the Vatican City. Would recommend the hotel. Taxi around €18 to the Vatican. €80 taxi from Airport & we used tge lady back, she was brilliant "

Very welcoming and made us feel at home offering wonderful recommendations for food in the restaurant and places to eat in the city. Moustafa especially took great care of us and was an outstanding host!"
